This website does not use cookies, analytics or third-party tracking. Our hosting provider may store standard technical log data (such as IP address, time and browser details) to keep the site running and secure. Logs are kept only as long as necessary.
Contacting us
When you contact us by email, we process your name, contact details and the content of your message in order to reply and manage the customer relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or steps taken prior to entering into a contract.
Service and apps
The PlanOS service and its apps process user account data (such as name and contact details) and data that users themselves store in the service. When the service is used by a business customer, we generally act as a processor on the customer’s behalf, and processing is agreed with the customer separately. Data is never sold or used for advertising.
Disclosures
We may use trusted service providers (for example hosting) for the technical processing of data. Data is not disclosed to others except where required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to request its rectification or erasure, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability where applicable. Send requests to info@planos.fi. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
